Today I attended a beautiful Baby Shower for the upcoming arrival of Baby Eastham! There were about 4 of us attending that were pregnant and of us their are 2 girls 1 boy, 1 unknown. I've got a few more quilts to get cracking on! I loved this quilt for Baby Eastham because the colors were so fun. I've found that like in this case a particular fabric or two (usually a fat quarter) started it all and then I built off of it. This pattern came from the book Sweet and Simple Baby Quilts by Mary Hickey with the exception of the 9 patch block which is my substitution for the block in her pattern.
